		Project Description For the facility expansion, Sparling performed electrical, telecommunications, lighting and fire alarm systems design for a remodel of 80,000 sq. ft. and 150,000 sq. ft. of new construction with a $133 million construction budget. The mixed-use space includes retail shops, restaurants and communal gathering spaces.
