Project Description
Sparling designed the electrical systems for a new 220,000 sq. ft. research lab building over two levels of underground parking. The project houses 54,000 sq. ft. of Virginia Mason Medical Center clinics, with speculative lab tenant space. We provided a new service generator and vertical distribution for core and shell, and tenant improvements as well as audio/visual presentation systems for the boardrooms.
