		Project Description Sparling provided electrical, technology, lighting design and site development for a new education center (35,000 sq. ft. of new construction and 4,000 sq. ft. of renovation) to support health and learning programs. The facilities include multi-use conference rooms, education labs, new hospital lobby/entry, interior and exterior gardens and reflecting areas, and new parking and landscaping.
