Project Description
Sparling designed the electrical system for this new 5-story, 112,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art research and office building. And, we provided a new service generator to support the lab design for the top two floors, totaling 56,000 sq. ft. This provides the opportunity for SBRI to double their global health research capabilities. The project was awarded LEED®-CS Silver rating for Core & Shell Pilot LEED®.
