Project Description
This AIA award-winning project involved electrical engineering, telecommunications, lighting design, theater consulting and acoustical design for the remodel of a 22,000 sq. ft., 1930s-era building that was originally an automobile showroom. This venue was transformed into a 140-seat theater, including dressing rooms, a green room, costume shop, scene shop and lobby.
